Is the light waterproof?

Yes, the light is IP65 waterproof. However, please don’t use it underwater.

What to do if the dimming doesn’t work?

The dimmer knob is only available when dimmable button is in ON. Please confirm the dimmable button is ON.

If the light cannot be opened, what should I do?

If you connect a timer plug, please set the timing for timer function. The timer plug won’t offer power when the timer set is

zero.
