Hided zippered inner pocket sized: 8.26*4 inches for most valuables. There are 2 smaller pockets at each sides, sized 5.7*4.72 inches, you can put some necessary things inside. The left side pocket have a spare zipper at the bottom, it is spared for a bottled water.
Special designed water bottle: We designed a 250ml/8.8 oz water bottle (nearly 300ml), you can hang at any parts on the belt, the best place is the back belt. (back left or right). For a professional runner, the 250ml is enough for a half Marathon. You can also use the water to wash sweat stains.

This running belt has 1 main pocket and 2 sides pockets. The left side pocket have one small zipper at the buttom; if you open it, the pocket is enough to hold one bottled water.

We suggest the user to put phone at the main pocket while the side pockets for keys, tissues or other small things.

One side fixed length, users only need to adjust at another side. The small reflective strap ring can hold extra belt, you can hold it by 2 or 3 folds; then the extra belt never loose and swing.
